These one-of-a-kind, stainless steel hoods satisfy grease-laden vapor removal requirements for a variety of electric foodservice equipment and applications, accommodating appliances from 10-1/8" to 72” wide. The hood features a 3-stage air filtration system with baffle grease filter, electrostatic air cleaner, and activated carbon filter.
The Ventless Hoods feature a self-contained Ansul R-102A fire suppression system. All piping, discharge nozzles (appliance & plenum), fusible link brackets and conduit, release mechanism, and tank are factory installed. Final charging and testing of the system must be performed by an authorized Ansul agent.
